Downtown Hohman was prepared for it's yearly bacchanalia of peace on earth and good will to men.

So deck those halls, trim those trees! Raise up cups of Christmas cheer! I know it Monday again, but this time of year each new day brings me closer to that day of magic! End of the weekend, where is your sting? 16 days my friends! 16 days away from that glorious day! 5 of those days are no work days for me. I have 2 Christmas parties to attend, and lots of after work outings for presents! This two week stretch is typically when all the late comers finally give in and put up the trees, lights, and partake of the nog.

Before you send me a figurine of Santa bowing down before baby Jesus, let me assure you that I know the true spirit behind Christmas. It is the most important thing to me by far. One important thing about me you must learn is that i think unimportant things are awesome. Sounds important doesn't it? So shopping, eggnog, yule logs, lights, fat sweaty Santas in small rural Georgia towns and such things won't bring peace to your soul, but it has got to bring a smile to your face!*

*recycling is good
